“The audience included many faces from high school, you know, people from my Pilates class, and even my self-tan lady from the strip mall. But it was fun. I suppose it’s perfectly fine for my childhood dentist to now be aware of my intimate details. Seems fitting, right?”

“Being here is about prioritizing my family while they are still healthy and willing to spend time with me,” she informed “St. Louis on the Air” last year.

She elaborated, “Furthermore, it’s about being in a community where concerns like your podcast, evening performances, social gatherings, or red carpet events are simply irrelevant.”
“Those things aren’t a focus here, nor are they what the local populace values. This environment truly helps me recenter myself,” she concluded.
