Pop superstar Britney Spears has entered a rehabilitation facility after her DUI arrest last month.
On Sunday, a representative for Spears verified to Page Six that she voluntarily admitted herself to a treatment center.
This development follows her DUI charge arrest in Ventura, California, several weeks prior.
Her court appearance is scheduled for May 4.
Her sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, have provided support throughout the recent weeks.
According to sources, Spears’ arrest served as a significant wake-up call.

A Ventura County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson informed the California Post that, “The DUI case involving Britney Spears has been forwarded to our office and is currently being reviewed by our prosecuting attorneys.”
