IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Ticket Policy and Rules:
- Only D23 Gold Members are permitted to reserve a ticket for their own use.
- Similarly, D23 General Members can only reserve a ticket for themselves.
- Every individual attending, including the D23 Member, must have their own valid event ticket for entry.
- Tickets are scarce and will be distributed in the order reservations are received.
- D23 Members must sign in with their authorized D23 account information to secure tickets.
- Tickets cannot be transferred and are solely for the person whose name appears on the purchase.
Eligibility by Age:
- Both D23 Gold and General Members need to be at least 18 years old to participate in this event.
Admission Protocols:
- Upon arrival, all D23 Members are required to show a current D23 Membership card (either physical or digital from the D23 App) in addition to their valid event ticket.
- D23 Members who are 18 years or older might need to present a valid government-issued identification that corresponds with the name on their ticket.
- Should an attendee fail to provide a valid membership card, a matching ticket, and a government-issued ID that matches the ticket name, entry may be refused without a refund or any further responsibility from D23.
Behavioral Guidelines and Limitations:
- Recording the presentation or screening with video or audio devices is absolutely forbidden.
- D23 retains the authority to refuse entry or remove anyone who disregards event regulations, causes disturbance, or breaches the terms of involvement.
- For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all D23 Members and their guests at this event must abide by Disney’s established rules (which include, but are not limited to, Guest Courtesy Policies), accessible here.
Members who have purchased tickets but do not personally attend the event will relinquish their spot, along with all associated experiences, advantages, and complimentary items.
D23 events are subject to modifications without prior announcement. All ticket purchases are conclusive. No cancellations or refunds will be issued for any reason (including, but not limited to, sickness, altered travel plans, etc.), and tickets cannot be transferred.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Filming, Photography, and Recording Consent:
Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., along with its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary entities (collectively referred to as “Disney”), and its associated vendors, contractors, agents, and/or assigns (collectively with Disney, the “Producer”), may be capturing photographs, filming, and/or creating other recordings at the event venue you are attending. By entering the event premises, you: (i) grant irrevocable consent and authorize the Producer to photograph you, create audio and/or video recordings of you in any format, and utilize these photographs and recordings for all purposes (including promotional and advertising efforts) across all existing and future media, globally, perpetually, and in any language, without requiring further notice, attribution, permission, or payment; and (ii) acknowledge that all such photographs and/or recordings shall be the exclusive property of Disney.
