How to Select Your Numbers
Quick Pick Options
You have two easy ways to let the ticket terminal randomly generate your numbers:
- Simply ask the clerk for a Millionaire for Life Quick Pick!
- Alternatively, mark the “QP” box on your playslip using a pencil, blue, or black ink.

Manual Selection
To choose your own numbers, complete a playslip using a pencil or blue or black ink. Each playslip allows for up to five sets of six (6) numbers. If you make an error, mark the “VOID” box—do not attempt to erase.
Multidraw Play
You can use the same numbers for 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or 20 consecutive drawings! Just mark the “Multidraw” box on your playslip or inform the clerk how many draws you wish to play.
Purchasing Your Tickets
A Millionaire for Life ticket costs $5 for each set of six (6) numbers.
Your ticket serves as your official receipt, detailing:
- The numbers chosen for each play
- The specific drawing date
- The total amount you paid
Always double-check the accuracy of your selected numbers before finalizing.
Ticket Cancellation Policy
Millionaire for Life tickets are non-cancellable. Please ensure your playslip is accurate with the vendor before completing your purchase.
Protect Your Ticket
Your ticket is valuable property. Safeguard it by signing your name on the back. In case of loss or theft, your name, address, and signature are essential for proving ownership.
