Pablo Carreno Busta vs Jiri Lehecka Match Forecast
Jiri Lehecka mounted a strong comeback, defeating Luca Nardi to secure his spot in the Round of 16.
Lehecka, from the Czech Republic, triumphed over the Italian lucky loser with a score of 4-6, 6-4, 6-2. He now advances to face Pablo Carreno Busta, who impressively upset Denis Shapovalov 6-2, 6-4 as a qualifier.
Carreno Busta, the seasoned Spaniard, showcased glimpses of his former prowess against Shapovalov, potentially posing a greater challenge in this match than his current ranking might indicate.
Lehecka demonstrates more consistency than Shapovalov, and his powerful serve is expected to offer a significant advantage in this encounter. While there’s no prior head-to-head record, the Czech player is unlikely to concede easy points and should exhibit superior stamina over the course of a best-of-three set match.
