SEATTLE — Seattle Storm’s point guard, Nika Mühl, is slated to miss her second consecutive WNBA season. This time, her absence is due to a knee injury, specifically a torn right ACL, sustained during a March 11 EuroBasket qualifying game while playing for Croatia.
The team confirmed Wednesday that Mühl, 24, had undergone surgery for the injury on Tuesday.
Mühl previously sat out the 2025 WNBA season after tearing her left ACL. That injury occurred while she was competing overseas for the Turkish club Besiktas in the FIBA SuperCup.
In her three seasons with the Storm, the former UConn player has appeared in just 16 games.
