Ameren Announces Pricing of Senior Notes due 2036

ST. LOUIS, Feb. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) disclosed today the final pricing for a public offering totaling $400 million in 5.00% senior notes due 2036, at 99.802% of their face value. The completion of this transaction is anticipated on March 4, 2026, contingent upon the fulfillment of standard closing conditions.

Ameren plans to allocate the net proceeds from the offering towards general corporate objectives, including the reduction of a portion of its short-term debt. This includes short-term obligations incurred to facilitate the refinancing of Ameren’s 3.65% senior notes set to mature in 2026.

BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are jointly managing the books for this offering.
