Devin Booker and Haywood Highsmith are no longer listed on the Phoenix Suns’ injury report and are set to play against the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday.
Booker recently sat out four consecutive games because of a right hip strain, following an earlier seven-game absence in late January and early February due to a sprained ankle.
Highsmith, acquired by the Suns last month, is anticipated to play his first game of the season, as reported by Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro. The veteran forward has been recovering from right knee meniscus surgery performed in August 2025.
Khaman Maluach, previously questionable with a right thumb sprain, is also available for the game.
However, Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture) and Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain) will remain sidelined for Phoenix.
On Monday, Suns head coach Jordan Ott informed reporters that Booker appeared to be in good form following a 5-on-5 scrimmage with Phoenix’s rotation players on Sunday.
The five-time All-Star currently leads the Suns in scoring this season, with averages of 24.7 points (on 45.4% shooting), 6.1 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game.
Sacramento faces numerous significant long-term absences, including Zach LaVine (finger tendon repair), Domantas Sabonis (meniscus repair), and De’Andre Hunter (retinal repair).
Additionally, starting forward Keegan Murray (ankle sprain) and rookie center Dylan Cardwell (ankle sprain) will not play.
The Suns and Kings are scheduled to tip off at 9 p.m. MST from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. Catch the game live on 98.7 or via the Arizona Sports app.
