The third season of “24 in 24: Last Chef Standing” is scheduled to premiere on Food Network on April 26 at 8 p.m. ET. Fresh episodes will be released every week, culminating in the May 31 finale, which will feature guest judges Alex Guarnaschelli, Jet Tila, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Viewers can stream the episodes the following day on HBO Max and Discovery+.
According to Food Network, “The extended season premiere features hosts Michael Symon and Esther Choi greeting 24 of America’s top chefs for what is billed as the most rigorous cooking contest ever conceived: 24 distinct challenges over 24 continuous hours. During the initial shift, the chefs discover significant changes from past seasons, including new methods for selecting challenges and an entirely revised judging system. This season promises to push competitors in unforeseen and inventive manners. Should they successfully impress guest judge Jet Tila during the strategy skills segment, they will earn the opportunity to proceed through the most demanding day of their culinary careers.”
“A chef’s life demands unwavering dedication of mind, body, and soul to their profession around the clock, and this competition truly embodies that level of rigor and spontaneity,” stated Betsy Ayala, head of food content at Warner Bros. Discovery. She added, “For this season, we’ve incorporated blind judging, redesigned shift themes, and numerous unexpected elements that are sure to captivate our viewers.”
