According to a Page Six insider, invitations announcing the wedding date for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been dispatched.
The grand event is scheduled to take place in New York City on July 3rd!
This announcement is unexpected, given prior reports suggested the pop icon and the Kansas City Chiefs star were considering Rhode Island — where Swift possesses a substantial property adjacent to a hotel — as their wedding location.
Nevertheless, a Page Six source revealed in November that the couple was contemplating abandoning that plan in favor of an extravagant celebration at an alternative venue capable of hosting a larger guest list.”
The pair will join numerous celebrities who have exchanged vows in this city.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z married in their Tribeca residence back in 2008.
Other famous couples include Hailey and Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey and Tommy Mottola, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, and Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas.
